About the Author

SS Gian Kaur Khalsa is a Sikh Dharma Minister and a native Brazilian, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in the Portuguese language. She met the Siri Singh Sahib in London in 1975 and under his guidance moved to Mexico. Gian Kaur founded the Guadalajara Yoga Center and travels extensively to train Kundalini yoga teachers in South America and Mexico.
