Throughout 2016, we will be highlighting the concept of the Subtle Body (in alignment with the Subtle Mastery of Guru Teg Bahadur and the numerology of 2016). We invited Sikh Dharma Ministers to reflect on how we impact the world through our Subtle Bodies. Especially, how do we use the Subtle Body to support us in situations of challenge as we serve as teachers, leaders, and healers of the Aquarian Age?
“The Subtle Body gives the opportunity to understand and master the subtlety of life. It can help you to understand what is going on around you.”
— The Siri Singh Sahib (Summer Solstice 1988)
At this time, we are experiencing a “flowering” in our Ministry, where we as Sikh Dharma Ministers will be more visible. We want to share inspiring examples of how we can utilize the Subtle Body—and the experience of Shuniaa (stillness)—as we globally expand our presence, unity, seva, to impact in an Aquarian way.
In Vol. 1 of our 2016 newsletter, we are specifically focusing on:
- What is the Subtle Body?
- How can we support and enhance the effects of the Subtle Body?
- Examples of the Siri Singh Sahib’s teachings on the Subtle Body and Guru Teg Bahadur’s life that inspire our practice and seva as Sikh Dharma Ministers.
